I would recommend this to maybe an advanced. They could make adjustments to have this product swing a lot easier. I feel like going to a hardware would make it where this could swing more efficiently. An intermediate and beginner might or might not be able to use the product depending on their door structure. It is not a difficult product to assemble and figure out.

Product Function:
Its pretty easy to assemble. The clamps go easily into each other. It is also not super difficult to adjust to make the swing able to hold different body types. I feel like using this against the door is slightly less effective bc it doesnt swing very well or at least on the doors ive tried in my home. A person is more pushed up against the door if anything.
Product Design:
I feel like it needs something else added to this product to get it slightly away from the door so that a person can fit onto it better.
Product Packaging:
Well packaged and easily to store and take out the product.
Delivery speed:
The product arrived within two days and was much faster than expected.
Pros:
Strong material to hold up a person

Conclusion
I feel to use this product you would either have to make hardware adjustments to hang in more open spaces or maybe have of a certain type of door to fit your body. I stuck out and could barely fit my body since it was so close to the door itself. I didnt feel like it would work out for me personally using it on the door, but could work with some adjustments to hang it from. Its not a bad product and easily to pick up so unwanted discovery of it wouldnt happen. Its also very easy to put together and very light weight. I am close to 200 pounds and it was able to hold me up so it is obviously very strong.
