I would recommend for a beginner because you can adjust to not be a ton of pressure and allow the user to get used to it. I would recommend for an intermediate because they may enjoy the various pressure settings and the wonderful vibration. I would recommend for an expert because the clamp can be adjusted to a rougher amount of pressure and more intense vibrations.

Product Function:
I think this is a great product for those who enjoy nipple play. It is very adjustable for pressure and allows for many vibration modes to assist with the sensations.
Product Design:
It is very easy to adjust on the clamps, and the neck cord allows for the main base to be very reachable. I enjoyed how easy the remote is to operate as well. It is small enough that it can also be discrete if the person wants to do a public type of play. I also did not find it extremely noisy to serve this purpose.
Product Packaging:
It is very easy to store and I like how compact everything is so that it can be packed away easily.
Delivery speed:
The delievery was completed at an incredible speed. The product arrived in 5 days from up north and I live in the far south.

Conclusion
Overall this is a great toy for those who wish to enjoy nipple or clit play while using clamps. It has a number of wonderful vibration settings. It was easy to use, very adjustable with the pressure, very compact so it can be discrete, and not extremely noisy. This product would be great for perhaps public play or teasing a partner during bondage. The neck attachment makes it easy to keep track of, and it is super easy to clean. I would recommend this product for beginners and the highly experienced a like.
